Es handelt sich um die 4. Etappe des Jakobsweges von Paderborn nach Elspe. Wir starten am Parkplatz außerhalb von Brilon an der B251.Unser Ziel ist Bestwig-Heringhausen, Ortsmitte.

Zunächst pilgern wir durch Gudenhagen und Petersborn. Den Briloner Eisenberg streifen wir an seiner Südostseite. Über Olsberg und Bigge erreichen wir Gevelinghausen. Von dort ist es nicht mehr weit bis zu unserem Etappenziel in Bestwig-Heringhausen.

Zu empfehlen sind die Olsberger Kirche St. Nikolaus und die Bigger Pfarrkirche St. Martinus.
