Der Weg führt vom Dorfmittelpunkt Messinghausen durch das Wohngebiet zum Sticklenberg mit dem Konstantinkreuz. Hier bietet sich eine sehr schöne Aussicht über das Dorf und die umgebende Landschaft. Wir wandern am nördlichen Waldrand zur Kreisstraße und folgen der Markierung zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
